The Deli - over priced sandwiches you can make at home. The go-to I have no lunch last minute I need to grab something to eat little coffee shop located in the medical building opposite the parking structure from 24. They're stocked up with a variety of chips, candies, cold beverages and made to order Deli food.

Coffee Plus (& More) is a cute little sandwich shop located on the downstairs floor of the 7677 Medical/Office Building. It's on the opposite end of the parking structure from 24-Hour Fitness, and steps away from Old World Huntington Beach.
